Dean’s Beans is worth checking out. Organic, Fair Trade coffee at its finest. I’m just a happy customer.
Unfortunately, coffee is one of those staples that is not a local crop for PA. Green, unroasted beans are even more rare.
Fortunately, I know of 4 quasi-locals who roast their own. An interesting side note: they can all ride unis. Coincidence?
I really prefer to buy local, but sometimes you can’t always get what you want.
